We ship all orders between Monday and Friday. All orders received before 10:30 will be shipped same day!

For UK orders, our standard shipping is with Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours so please allow two working days. Orders over 3 Kilos will be shipped with DPD next working day delivery.

The optimum time to drink your coffee is between 7 - 30 days from the roast date. Ground coffee, however, will fade quicker than whole bean so if you can grind fresh, we suggest you do!

We want all customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If your parcel arrives damaged, please do get in touch and we can rectify the situation. Please note that we do not accept returns of ground coffee.

If your parcel arrives damaged please do let us know. We can make a claim against the delivery service and send out a replacement immediately. Customer satisfaction is the most important thing for us at the roastery.
