Training:

We pride ourselves on the exceptional quality of our training programs for wholesale customers.

We offer comprehensive barista training from beginner level to coffee mastery courses. Latte art, sensory analysis, hand brewing and much more can be covered within our flexible and individually styled classes - which are of course offered free of charge to all wholesale partners.

We offer a personal and flexible approach to training programs to suit the needs of your business, in contrast to some training available more widely.

Equipment:

New or second-hand refurbished equipment options are available from Murmuration Coffee Co.

We work with a wide range of industry partners to supply coffee machines, grinders, batch brewers and an extensive choice of coffee making accessories.

We will ensure your business is using appropriate, reliable and safe equipment, to showcase the coffee to a world-class standard.

Finance and lease options can be discussed for larger purchases.

Ongoing support:

Ongoing and flexible support is offered to all our wholesale partners.

This extends beyond ongoing barista training. We can now offer ‘train the trainer’ courses to supervisory and managerial employees to help you build a solid in-house training program. We offer shift manager mentoring and even video call support to baristas during shift hours.

There will of course be many opportunities for you and your team to visit the roastery to learn more about how we source green coffee and the roasting process.
